The results from the All-NFL Team voting conducted by the Professional Football Writers of America were released this morning, and two Philadelphia Eagles players made the final roster. Eagles star running back LeSean McCoy and starting left guard Evan Mathis were those honored by PFWA. McCoy and Mathis were also named to the AP All-Pro Team for their performances this year. Jason Peters was named All-Pro, but did not make the All-NFL team cut. Peters did receive PWFA All-NFC honors. On the other hand, Peters and McCoy were named to the 2014 NFL Pro Bowl but Mathis was snubbed in that regard. Go figure.

The awards are all deserving. McCoy was the NFL's leading rusher and broke a number of records. Evan Mathis played like a dominant guard, as always. Jason Peters played at a high level despite missing all of 2012 due to an Achilles injury.
