Yet again, the Eagles are relatively healthy entering their next game. Only two players were listed on the final injury report.
Probable: Jason Peters (finger)
Doubtful: Patrick Chung (shoulder)
Chung hadn't practiced all week. The NFL officially defines "doubtful" as a "25% chance a player will play", so the Eagles starting safety will likely miss the game. In his place will be Earl Wolff, a rookie safety who the team selected in the fifth round of the 2013 draft.
Wolff has already seen some time on the field as part of a three safety rotation with Nate Allen and Chung. Facing Peyton Manning will be a tough test for the rookie's first start.
Meanwhile, Peters is dealing with a broken finger but all expectations are he will play on Sunday. He didn't miss any practice this week.
-------
Denver is dealing with more injuries than the Eagles are.
Probable: Tony Carter (ankle), C. J. Anderson (knee), Omar Bolden (shoulder), Aaron Brewer (rib), David Bruton (neck), Eric Decker (shoulder), Orlando Franklin (shoulder), Chris Kuper (ankle), Demaryius Thomas (ankle), Wes Welker (ankle)
Questionable: Champ Bailey (foot), Duke Ihenacho (ankle), Joel Dreessen (knee)
Doubtful: Paris Lenon (thigh)
The Broncos have 14 players listed on their injury report while the Eagles only have 2. Of the notable injuries, starters Bailey and Ihenacho are among them. Bailey was a limited participant in practice this week and Ihenacho did not practice until Friday (limited).
