During the Eagles-Chiefs game on Thursday night, a fight broke out right in front of the press box. I mentioned this in my recap, and I also tweeted about it.
Fight breaking out right under the press box, no security in sight

I wasn't able to get video of the incident, but BGN alumnus Eliot Shorr-Parks captured some of the action.
Jordan Raanan, also a BGN alumnus and current NJ.com writer, wrote a story with details on the fight. Eagles President Don Smolenski discussed response time and fan security with Raanan.
According to the story, none of the fans were arrested. Their season tickets were revoked, however.
It's a shame that things like this happen. Some will try to make this behavior look exclusive to Philly fans, but that's not the case. This type of thing can and has happened in a number of places and it's really unfortunate. It's unnecessary behavior in an environment that's supposed to be safe and family friendly.
Sit back and enjoy the game. Leave the physical contact for the players.
