The Eagles and Chiefs already share an obvious connection: former Eagles head coach Andy Reid. Prior to Thursday night's match up, these two teams have only met 6 times before.

Quick Hits:

• Philly and KC have played 6 times. The Eagles are 4-2 all-time against the Chiefs.

• 4 times have the Eagles played in Kansas City. Their record in those games is 3-1. The other 2 games were in Philadelphia. Philly is 1-1 at home against KC.

• The Chiefs haven't beaten the Eagles since 1998.

• The Eagles have never scored less than 17 points against KC. The Eagles have never scored less than 21 points against KC at home.

Kevin Kolb was quarterback the last time these two teams met in 2009. He threw for 327 yards, 2 TDs, and 1 rushing TD. DeSean Jackson had a big game (6 receptions, 149 yards, 1 TD) along with Eagles TE Brent Celek (8 rec, 104 yards, 1 TD). Matt Cassel was the Chiefs QB... and Larry Johnson was still on their roster.

• In 2005, the Eagles were down 17-0 in the second quarter to KC before Donovan McNabb engineered a comeback to help the Birds win, 37-31. The Eagles scored scored 31 straight points. Some guy named Terrell Owens was also a big factor in that game... he had 11 catches for 171 yards and 1 TD.
