According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Robert Griffin III will be ready to go Week 1 against the Eagles:
What Washington wanted: Redskins QB Robert Griffin III will start their Monday night opener against the Eagles.

This is not a surprise, as RG3 was expected to be ready for the season opener. RG3 has not played (and will not play) any snaps in the preseason, so the Eagles may get to face a QB who is trying to shake off some rust.
It feels like any predictions of Redskins success will always be prefaced will "Assuming RG3 stays healthy..." which is something Eagles fans know all too well.
RG3 torched the Eagles last season:
Backup QB Kirk Cousins was also a question mark heading into Week 1, but it appears he'll also be ready to go if the Skins need him:
Asked if there was any doubt he would be available Week 1, QB @KirkCousins8 responds: "None at all." #HTTR

The Eagles will have to earn it in Landover on September 9th.
