Looking at the Eagles' roster following first cuts

The Eagles cut 12 players on Sunday and the team's roster is just a few days away from cutting several more. The team is still searching for answers at several positions and the dwindling of the roster may help fine tune its search in the fourth preseason game on Thursday. With the roster a bit smaller, let's recap those who have been lost and those who are still among the roster.

With the lack of cornerback depth due to injury, the Eagles will likely pick a player off of waivers or through trade. The safety depth is also of a concern and it seems that the team likes a lot of their young offensive linemen. It will be interesting to see how much time the starters receive (if at all) on Thursday, with so many players in need a serious look.
