Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers take on the Philadelphia Eagles tonight in some good ol' NFL preseason football fun.

Nick Foles gets the start. Michael Vick will come in after him. The Eagles starters are expected to play most of the first half, which is longer than they did last week against the New England Patriots.
