According to Aaron Wilson of Scout.com, the Eagles are interested in veteran DE/OLB Trevor Scott.
Veteran defensive end Trevor Scott visited the Philadelphia Eagles, according to a source.

At 6'5", 250 lbs, he has the size Chip Kelly desires in his players.
Scott doesn't have a flashy background. The Raiders drafted him in the 6th round of the 2008 NFL Draft out of the University of Buffalo. He played in Oakland for 4 years until he became a free agent and signed with the Patriots last year in 2012. He only played in limited time as a Patriot (~300 snaps) but PFF ranked Scott as the 37th rated NFL 4-3 DE in his time at New England. Scott has recorded 111 tackles, 16.5 sacks, and 2 forced fumbles in the 72 games (18 starts) he's played in his career.
If the Eagles end up coming to terms with the 28 year old pass rusher, Scott will be here to compete for a roster spot. He could be an adequate veteran depth option to have.
