Ipad mini's are attached to the weight equipment across the gym. The team member enters in their ID and a workout catered to them appears on the screen. There's also wireless relay boxes above all the equipment that tracks the team member through the duration of his workout no matter their location in the gym, monitoring heart rate, etc.
