The Eagles will bring in more candidates for the #4 overall pick for visits to the NovaCare complex this week. According to Jeff McLane, the Eagles will host Dee Milliner, Star Lotulelei and QB E.J. Manuel. Let's take a look at the chances any of these 3 get picked.
Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
Milliner is the consensus top corner in the draft and after a strong combine seems cemented as a top 10 pick. The Eagles jettisoned both starting CBs from last season and signed at least one starter in Cary Williams as well as another potential starter in Bradley Fletcher. They've also got former draft picks Curtis Marsh and Brandon Boykin in the mix.
What the position very clearly lacks and what Milliner could be is a true #1 corner. So it would be a solid need and value pick.

Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
Star is one of the more hard to peg prospects in terms of where he will land. Prior to the combine he was a near consensus top 5 pick. After the medical scare there things have been much more mixed. His doctors have fully cleared him to play, but you can be certain that the Eagles own doctors will take a hard look during his visit.
Even with that issue, most mockers seem to think Star is still a top 10 pick. Plus, he would fit scheme wise as either a 5 tech DE or NT in a 3-4. Will the Eagles draft him? I would say he's a real candidate if the board falls a certain way... like say if Joeckel and Fisher are gone.

E.J. Manuel, QB, Florida St.
Manuel is not likely a candidate for the #4 overall pick, but he's certainly in the mix for that #35 overall pick the Eagles hold. If they do pick him, they'll certainly have done their due diligence. The Eagles have met with him at the Senior Bowl, they've flown to Tallahassee for a private workout and now they're bringing him here. Geno Smith got the same treatment.
