If I could somehow program a puff of thick grey haze to start shooting out the USB ports of your computer or phone when you open this post... I would. Because the smokescreens in this one are coming fast and thick.
What really is going to happen Thursday night at Radio City? That's anyone guess, but the NFL rumor mill isn't running short of potential hints. Here's a roundup of what's out there.
Daniel Jeremiah says he thinks Luke Joeckel & Eric Fisher will both go within the top 3 picks.
Jaguars GM Dave Caldwell said he would be surprised if the Jags traded down in the first round.
Speaking of the Jags, it's apparently a done deal that they're taking Ansah!
Reliable source told me: Ansah is 100% to Jacksonville to play LEO. Seems to contradict what GM Caldwell does though looking at his history.

If you're looking for a potential top 10 surprise, could it be LB Alec Ogletree?
More I talk to people, more I'm convinced Alec Ogletree is going Top 10 on Thursday.

One potential faller could be Dee Milliner, whose surgically repaired shoulder could have some teams worried. Personally I'm going to crack up if he falls to #13 where the Bucs would have picked. They will be paying Darrelle Revis 1.5x more in one year than Milliner would make over the course of his entire rookie deal.
If you were holding a draft for an academic bowl team... I'm guessing Tavon Austin would be a UDFA. He reportedly scored a 7 on his Wonderlic. Just for context, 50 is the highest possible score.
