You wanted size in the WR corps? You got it. The Eagles announced today they agreed to a 3 year deal with Ifeanyi Momah a WR out of Boston College who stands at 6-7 and weighs in at 239 pounds..
Momah missed the entire 2012 season after a knee injury suffered in 2011.
The 23-year-old Momah registered 39 career receptions for 629 yards and six touchdowns in his collegiate career. He recorded a career-best 8 catches for 157 yards in the team's home opener in 2011 but missed the remainder of the season due to injury and did not play in 2012. The Greenlawn, NY, native earned all-state honors as a senior wide receiver and defensive end at Elwood-John H. Glenn High School, while also competing on the school's basketball and track teams.
Obviously this is a guy that they're taking a flyer on in the summer and he's hardly guaranteed to be here even a month from now let alone in September. But it's at least notable that between he and Arrelious Benn, there is certainly a new focus on size.
