Victor Butler, the former Cowboys outside linebacker who visited the Eagles on Monday night and Tuesday, left the NovaCare Complex late Tuesday afternoon without an agreement. Butler met with team officials and took a physical before heading out, but both sides will stay in communication and still have mutual interest, according to a league source.
