Mel Kiper Mock Draft 3.0: Vikings have new needs

Check out our 2013 Eagles mock draft central for more opinions on who could be the #4 pick in April.

Kevin C. Cox

ESPN draft guru Mel Kiper has released his latest mock on the eve of free agency and just an hour after the trade that sent a first round pick from Seattle to Minnesota in exchange for WR Percy Harvin. Not surprisingly, Mel has the Vikes taking a WR with 1 of their 2 first rounders.

As for the Eagles, it's another familiar name with Alabama CB Dee Milliner, who Kiper has ranked as the #2 overall player in the draft.

"Nnamdi Asomugha won't be wearing an Eagles uniform in 2013, and in a division with Eli Manning, Tony Romo and Robert Griffin III, the Eagles can't simply attempt to piece together the secondary," wrote Kiper. "They need talent, and Milliner offers the best cornerback talent in the draft. Not a tough pick."

Kiper also said that with the lack of top end talent available at CB in the free agent market, he doesn't expect the Eagles need at the position to change much between now and the draft.
