Eagles-Packers Final Injury Report: Michael Vick Doubtful

Nick Foles will start against the Green Bay Packers.

Thearon W. Henderson

None of Philadeplhia's players have been officially ruled out of Sunday's contest between the Eagles and Packers in Green Bay, but two are very unlikely to play. The big name is quarterback Michael Vick, who was limited all week in practice due to a hamstring injury. With Vick likely out, Nick Foles makes the start. Matt Barkley will be the backup QB.

The other notable injury is the one that kept starting cornerback Bradley Fletcher limited in practice this week. Fletcher told the media he expects to play, but he has officially been listed as "questionable." If Fletcher can't play, Brandon Boykin would replace him. Roc Carmichael and/or Curtis Marsh could also see some time on the outside if Boykin is lined up in the slot.

Cedric Thornton, Jason Peters, and Patrick Chung are among the notable players listed as probable.

QB Michael Vick (hamstring)
ILB Jake Knott (hamstring)

CB Bradley Fletcher (pectoral)

DE Cedric Thornton (knee)
CB Roc Carmichael (groin)
S Patrick Chung (shoulder)
WR Damaris Johnson (ankle)
OT Jason Peters (shoulder, pectoral)
RB Chris Polk (shoulder, knee)
OL Julian Vandervelde (knee)

For Green Bay, starting quarterback Aaron Rodgers (collarbone) is out and veteran journeyman Seneca Wallace will start in his place. Outside linebacker Clay Matthews (thumb) has been limited in practice but is expected to return this week. One might say Matthews will be hindered by the massive club he is wearing to protect his injury.
