Nick Foles Obliterates the Raiders - BLG, BGN
My full recap of the yesterday's game.

Handing out 10 awards from the Eagles-Raiders game - JimmyK, Philly.com
The "Irrational Idiotic Statement from a TV Analyst" Award: Warren Sapp
During NFL Network’s pregame show, Warren Sapp predicted that the Eagles would be shut out against the Raiders. The Eagles' first four drives went TD, TD, TD, TD. Some ex-players take their post-playing analyst careers seriously, because they have too much pride not to. Others just throw nonsense against the wall and hope it sticks. Warren Sapp is the latter.

Big Day By The Bay - Tommy Lawlor, Iggles Blitz
Hours later, it is still hard to fathom that Nick Foles threw 7 TD passes in today’s game. That phrase seems like fan fiction, or Jimmy Bama writing one of his love letters to Nick Foles. But it happened. It really happened. Foles went out and put on a great show in Oakland. You can’t help but think back to Michael Vick’s phenomenal game against the Skins in 2010.

Where Nick Foles now sits in the record books - Reuben Frank, CSN Philly
Nick Foles turned in one of the most remarkable passing performances in NFL history in the Eagles’ 49-20 win over the Raiders Sunday, matching the NFL record of seven touchdown passes in a game and becoming only the second quarterback in NFL history to throw seven TDs and no interceptions in a game.

What Foles’ Monster Day Means - Tim McManus, Birds 24/7
Time will tell if Foles, who followed an NFC Player of the Week performance against the Giants with a clunker the next week, can provide what Kelly is looking for over the long haul. There are plenty of tests still to come before Foles is crowned anything. What Sunday’s performance does is resuscitate hope that the Eagles may have an answer at quarterback on the roster. How much hope depends on who you talk to.

Is this the real Nick Foles? - Rich Hofmann, Daily News
Truth in the NFL is elusive, like LeSean McCoy catching a screen pass in space. Truth in the NFL is fleeting, too, there and then gone, our sporting Snapchat. So what do we make of Nick Foles? What now? Two weeks after he and his game were dismantled by the Dallas Cowboys — dismantled and then concussed besides -- Foles returned Sunday and played a game for history. Yes, history.

Nick Foles ties NFL record with seven touchdown passes - Andrew Kulp, The700Level
It’s hard to know what to think about Foles, whose performances from one game to the next have been wildly erratic in nine career starts. As we’ve lobbied for in this space before though, the Eagles should ride the 24-year-old through the highs and lows and figure out whether there is any long-term value with him under center, even if long-term is only next season.

Cooper Key Part Of Foles' Big Day - Chris McPherson, PE.com
Nick Foles could only throw the seven touchdown passes on Sunday. Someone had to catch them. The teammate on the end of the majority of Foles' historic day was wide receiver Riley Cooper. Cooper caught five passes for 139 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's 49-20 demolition of the Oakland Raiders at the O.co Coliseum.
