Rookie safety Earl Wolff has officially been ruled out. He hasn't been able to practice all week and his return is not expected until next week at the earliest. Veteran safety Patrick Chung will start in Wolff's place.
Elsewhere, everyone on the roster besides Wolff is healthy enough to suit up against Arizona.
Michael Vick has returned to health and will be the primary backup quarterback. Matt Barkley will be relegated to the third string. If the Eagles only activate two quarterbacks on the game day roster, as they have done at times this season, it's possible Barkley will be an inactive.
The Eagles also get two starters back on the defense. Inside linebacker Mychal Kendricks and cornerback Bradley Fletcher are ready to play after missing time with injuries. Philadelphia's defense held their own despite the temporary loss of these players, but getting them back will certainly help the team's cause.
Special teams contributor and rookie backup linebacker Jake Knott is also set to return after missing some time with a hamstring injury.

Ellington said he expects to play, but his status will be based on a game-time decision.
