According to reports out of Washington, Redskins cornerback E.J. Biggers has been fined $21,000 for an illegal hit on Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson.

The play took place early in the first quarter in the Eagles 24-16 victory over Washington on Sunday. Jackson caught a pass near the sideline before receiving a shot to the head from the Redskins CB. Biggers was flagged for an unnecessary roughness penalty. The NFL has ruled the incident as illegal helmet to helmet contact with a defenseless player.
