Just a small bit of practice squad news on this early Wednesday morning.
The Eagles announced they have signed rookie cornerback Marcus Burley to their 8 man practice squad.

There was an open spot on the Eagles' PS after the team cut safety Trenton Robinson yesterday. It was an interesting move for the Eagles because Robinson was one of the six NFL practice squad players that was receiving more than the minimum salary. Clearly the Eagles had a little extra invested interest in him, but apparently not enough to keep him around.
Burley, 5'10" 190 lb, played his college football at the University of Delaware before being signed by the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent. He flirted between the Jags' practice squad and regular roster briefly in early September before ultimately being released from their PS on October 1st.
The Eagles' practice squad is now full again:
DE Brandon Bair
OT Michael Bamiro
CB Marcus Burley
S Keelan Johnson
OLB Travis Long
WR Will Murphy
WR Greg Salas
RB Matthew Tucker
