Vick out, Foles in.

Michael Vick is injured. After running for a first down late in the second quarter of the Eagles-Giants game, Vick came up holding him hamstring after the Vick. The Eagles starting QB stayed in the game to finish the drive, which ended in a field goal.

While the Eagles defense was on the field, Vick was being inspected by trainers. Vick was in noticeable pain, but he came back into the game on the Eagles' next offensive position. Vick was hit by Giants DE Jason Pierre-Paul on the first play and was pulled from the game due to the injury.

Nick Foles took over at QB for the Eagles and led a drive to get the Eagles a FG right before the end of the first half. Vick didn't leave the field; he remained on the sidelines.
