Michael Vick is active for the Eagles-Bucs game on Sunday but he won't play. Vick is still dealing with a hamstring injury he suffered against the New York Giants. His activation is only in case of an injury emergency. Nick Foles will start at QB for the Eagles and rookie Matt Barkley will be the primary backup. Starting safety Patrick Chung returns to the active game day roster after missing two previous games.
