Chip Kelly is currently preparing his Oregon Ducks for their Fiesta Bowl matchup with Kansas State and it is looking increasingly likely that it will be Kelly's final game in charge of the school. USA Today is reporting that Kelly will interview with the Eagles, Browns & Bills after the Fiesta Bowl.

Kelly has become a hot name in the NFL thanks to not only his success at Oregon but how he's done it. His high tempo offensive system has started be become en vogue in the league, particularly with the New England Patriots. He says taking concepts from here and there is part of coaching, but anything you do has to be driven by the guys you've got.

"Any coach is going to learn from other people and see how they can implement it in their system," Kelly said. "Anything you do has to be personnel driven. You have to adapt to the personnel you have. There's a lot of great offenses out there, but does it fit with the personnel you have. The key is making sure what you're doing is giving your people a chance to be successful."

Kelly has never coached in the NFL, but he says at the very he least he knows the pros and college share at least that one thing.

"I think college football is a personnel‑driven game, so is the NFL. Your job as a coach very simply is to put your players in positions to make plays, get out of the way and go make them."
