The Oregon Ducks are in Arizona preparing for the Fiesta Bowl tommorow night. Their head coach, Chip Kelly, is arguably the hottest name among the college ranks for an NFL head gig. Presumably that means Kelly will be open taking interviews after the game... and former Eagles and current Browns president Joe Banner will reportedly be waiting for him.

Multiple sources are reporting that Banner has slithered down to Arizona in an attempt to score the first interview with the Ducks head coach. It has been widely reported that the Browns have identified Kelly as their #1 target this offseason, but similar reports have been made regarding the Eagles.

It is very possible we could be seeing the open salvo in a battle for Kelly's services between Jeff Lurie and his former right hand man, Joe Banner.

Kelly spoke to the media today at the Fiesta Bowl press conferences and was asked whether he expected to get offers from NFL teams after the game.

"I don't expect anything," Kelly replied. "I said this a million times. I'm never surprised by anything. I do not know what the future holds. I do know we have a football game tomorrow night and I'm going to be there."

BGN has been able to score an exclusive photo of what Chip Kelly is likely to see as he wakes up Friday morning.
