Chris Mortenson is reporting that Seahawks DC Gus Bradley will interview with the Eagles today at 2pm in Atlanta. Seattle has a window this afternoon where they have nothing going on, so Bradley is seizing the chance to talk to the Eagles.
Mort says the Chargers were impressed with Bradley yesterday, but it's no guarantee that he'll leave Seattle. Bradley reportedly likes the Seattle area and has 4 kids who he is wary about moving. Obviously he's taking interviews so he's interested in a head job, but Mortenson says he's not an "automatic yes" should someone offer him a job.
For more on Bradley, check out our coaching profile.
The Eagles can't do a deal with Bradley until Seattle is out of the postseason, but if they really like him they can give him a second interview in the bye week before the Super Bowl should Seattle make it that far.
In other coaching news, Mort also reported that should Lovie Smith get a head coaching job, he will look to bring Stanford offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton with him. Hamilton is also interviewing for the Jets OC job.
