Brandon Graham, Bryce Brown Move Up Eagles Depth Chart

Thanks to his strong play the last two weeks, Brandon Graham has overtaken Phillip Hunt on the depth chart.

Howard Smith-US PRESSWIRE

The Eagles have revised their depth chart and Brandon Graham is movin' on up. Thanks to his strong play the last two weeks, Graham has been moved ahead of Phillip Hunt on the team's official depth chart.

The move itself probably happened last week anyway. Graham played on 27% of the Eagles defensive snaps while Hunt was in on 19%. Graham has seen more and more snaps as the weeks have went on and if he plays well against the Giants that trend should continue.

This week should be an interesting one for Graham as he finally gets to face off against his "nemesis" of sorts, Jason Pierre-Paul. The Eagles traded up to take Graham just ahead of Pierre-Paul, who has blossomed into a superstar for the Giants. It's a fact that Graham was reminded of many times as he rehabbed from injuries the past two years. When he showed up to camp this year in top shape with a chip on his shoulder and was eating offensive lineman alive in camp... you can be sure he had Pierre-Paul in his sights.

Also moving up the depth chart is Bryce Brown, who was officially ensconced as the backup RB over Dion Lewis. Brown has had the job since week 1 as Lewis has has battled injuries, but now it's official. Brown played 10 snaps last week against the Cardinals, contrast that with the "starting" FB Stanley Havili who only got 12...

Fletcher Cox is still listed as a backup at DT, but that may not last long. He was in on 50% of the Eagles defensive snaps this past week.
