It was another nail-biting win for the Eagles, but ultimately a very satisfying one. Even better, the Cowboys and Redskins lost, so the Eagles now sit alone atop the NFC East at 2-0.

So let's sit back and enjoy some Sunday night football as the Detroit Lions take on the San Francisco 49ers.
