The Eagles announced this morning that they have released Cliff Harris, the undrafted rookie cornerback from Oregon.
Harris, who despite being undrafted was a fan favorite to make this roster, was released a day after the Eagles cut their roster to 80. The roster now stands at 79.
Seeing Harris go is not a total surprise, although after he had a strong game against Cleveland, the timing is a little strange.
With Harris gone, the Eagles now have 7 cornerbacks on the roster.
