CBS Sports' Pete Prisco went about predicting every game in the 2012 season and when he was done, the NFC East was looking pretty good. Well, most of it.
He has the Giants winning the division at 13-3 while the Eagles and Cowboys grab both wildcard spots with 11-5 records. The Redskins don't fare well in RG3's rookie season at just 3-13. He's got the Eagles losing in the first round to the Falcons (of all NFC contenders, there's no team less scary in the playoffs than Atlanta) while Dallas and the Giants win. Dallas goes down in the next round to the Packers, who go on to be the Giants in the NFC title game.
Elsewhere, he's got the Patriots once again going 16-0, but losing in the Super Bowl. The Cardinals go 10-6 to win the NFC West while teams like New Orleans and San Francisco slide back to 9-7 and miss the playoffs altogether.
So what do you make of Prisco's predictions? How do you think the NFC East plays out?
