The Cleveland Plain-Dealer is reporting that the Eagles and Rams are "believed to be interested" in trading up for Cleveland's #4 overall pick.

If true, there could only be one guy that they're targeting and that's Ryan Tannehill. If we assume the three real elites are off the board by then (Luck, RG3 & Kalil) then the kind of guys that would be value there are Justin Blackmon, Morris Claiborne and Trent Richardson... but are they the kind of guys the Eagles would jump into the top 5 to get? I don't think so.

That's the type of move you make for a franchise QB. So if this happened, I'd bet anything that Tannehill would be the pick. It would just mean that the Eagles are so blown away by him that they're ready to move on from Michael Vick and put their hopes in Tannehill for the future.

There are other explanations however. One could be that they're interested in case Kalil slips and they've got a chance at a franchise LT.

It could also be total BS. The Eagles have an extra 2nd rounder, they've done deals with Cleveland before, they've done due diligence on Tannehill. It could very well be that the Browns are trying to pressure the Dolphins into moving up if they want Tannehill.

Either way, it's going to make that moment when the #4 pick comes up pretty nervy.
