Eagles Free Agency Rumors: Evan Mathis Drawing Interest From Redskins

This is certainly not happy news. Schefter now reporting that Evan Mathis is getting interest from Indy and the Redskins.

This is almost assuredly coming from Drew Rosenhaus, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's not true. He's trying to paint the picture of a market heating up for Mathis and maybe it is. After his fantastic 2011, there's no reason teams wouldn't be interested in him.

Fans would certainly not want to see Mathis leave, but it would be an extra hit if he bolted for the Redskins.
