What Were The Best Super Bowl Commercials Of 2012?

Because we certainly don't want to discuss the actual game, let's talk Super Bowl commercials...

Hulu posted every Super Bowl Ad from this year and asked users to "like" the ones they most enjoyed. You can see their lineup at their Ad Zone site. Their users voted Honda's "Matthew's Day Off" and Volkswagen's Star Wars themed "The Bark Side" and "The Dog Strikes Back" as the most liked ads of the 2012 Super Bowl. The Bark Side narrowly edged the Ferris Bueller ad for Honda as the most liked ad of the Big Game.

The funniest ad according to Hulu users was Jerry Seinfeld's "Acura: Transactions" ad in which he makes increasingly absurd offers for the chance to be the first guy to own the new Acura NSX. The best celebrity cameo went to Will Arnett in the Hulu ad, which given the source seems a little biased...

Funny animals are always a big part of Super Bowl ads and the Bud Light "Rescue Dog" spot won top honors in the "cutest critters" category. The "best soundtrack" went to Chevy's "Anthem" spot (for my money it was Audi's Vampires spot with the Echo & The Bunnymen song.)

Finally, the "most nostalgic" ad went to the NFL's own "Timeline" spot. To view of all these ads and to read our reviews, check out our 2012 Super Bowl Ads Stream.
