The Eagles host the Bengals tonight in Philadelphia on Thursday night football and despite being cleared to play, they will do so without Michael Vick.
NFL Network is reporting that Vick was cleared to play by an independent neurologist, but has been made a healthy scratch. He was already declared out earlier this week, so he'll be eligible to play next week. The Inquirer's Zach Berman reports that he will be the #2 QB against the Redskins.
LeSean McCoy, Kurt Coleman, Brent Celek & Chris Polk are all inactive with injuries. WR Greg Salas & OT Matt Kopa are healthy scratches.
TE/FB Emil Igwenagu is active and will make his NFL debut. Clay Harbor starts at TE and Colt Anderson gets the nod at safety.
For the Bengals, DE Michael Johnson who has 8.5 sacks on the year will play despite being questionable with an injured toe.
