The Philadelphia Eagles will be shorthanded on Monday night when they take on the Carolina Panthers on Monday Night Football. According to NFL.com's Dan Hanzus, the Eagles will be without both Michael Vick and LeSean McCoy, as Philadelphia's explosive duo are still recovering from concussions.
Vick was concussed during Philadelphia's Week 10 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Nick Foles started in Vick's place last week, and will do so again this week. Vick has completed just 58.5-percent of his passes this season, and has thrown 11 touchdowns to nine interceptions – also fumbling 10 times this season.
McCoy suffered his concussion in the fourth quarter of Philadelphia's Week 11 loss to the Washington Redskins. So far in 2012, McCoy has rushed 177 times for 750 yards with two rushing touchdowns, while adding 40 receptions for 235 yards and three touchdowns.
Bryce Brown will start at running back for the Eagles with McCoy out.
