The NFL has announced the nominees for their various weekly awards and LeSean McCoy is up for the "FedEx Ground Player Of The Week." McCoy ran for 122 yards on 15 carries while notching two TDs, one on the ground and one through the air. His 49 yard TD run in the fourth quarter more or less put the game away for the Eagles.

His competition includes Houston's Ben Tate who ran for 116 yards and a TD as well as Ray Rice who ran for 107 yards and like McCoy, caught one TD and ran for another.

Seems to me like Shady deserves to win. Vote for him at NFL.com. In case you need any extra proof though...
