The Washington Redskins exciting young return man Brandon Banks was treated last night for what is being called "superficial wounds" after his involvement in a fight outside a nightclub that ended with he and a friend being stabbed. The friend is reportedly in serious condition at a local hospital
Banks was leaving a club called "Park" around 3 a.m. when he and his friend began arguing with another man. The man then pulled a knife and attacked the two. The man has since been arrested and both Banks and his companion were hospitalized. Banks was treated and realized. The Redskins say they're still gathering details on the incident, but did say that the companion was not a Redskins player.
Ironically, about two hours before the incident Banks tweeted, "Park gonna b to much for me tonight."
It's been an all around bad day for the Skins as Albert Haynesworth was formally charged with assault today stemming from a road rage incident on February 2.
