Michael Vick Focused On Finishing Strong

Michael Vick will make his return to the lineup this weekend after three weeks out with broken ribs. He was asked today whether getting the team up for these final four games will be a test of his leadership.

"Yeah, I think it's a challenge for all of us, especially myself, to try to put this team in the best position to finish strong. And that's our goal, that's the focal point and there wouldn't be a better feeling after such a rough start. So we just have to focus one play at a time, one week at a time, and you know try to end the season on a good note."

Vick says that regardless of how small their playoff chances or otherwise might be, they've got to try and take every opportunity.

"It always meant a lot, the difference between winning and losing, you know it's a different feel of emotions. And now, you don't necessarily feel like your time is running out but you want to take advantage of every opportunity because each year that passes is a year, that if you don't get it done, that's gone and you can't get back. And I know that I'm not going to play for forever, so you know I think it's paramount that things happen in an expedited fashion for me. But you know, this is the ultimate team game and one or two players can't control the outcome of a game."
