CSN's Derrick Gunn is reporting that both RB LeSean McCoy & CB Nnamdi Asomugha will play tonight against the Seahawks. The two were listed as questionable with toe and knee injuries respectively.
The thought all along was that McCoy would play and that the sprained toe wouldn't be a major factor. Whether or not Ronnie Brown, Dion Lewis or Chad Hall (most likely?!) get extra carries won't be clear until gametime.
However, Nnamdi Asomugha's role could be much like we saw last week. He was basically used only in nickel or dime packages and often was used to cover a tight end. Whether or not his knee has improved to the point where he could actually start or play a significant role this week probably won't be obvious until the game starts. We do know that much like last week, Asomugha was on the field with Howie Roseman & Juan Castillo working out to determine whether he could go.
