Blame selfish Jackson for missing meeting | Philadelphia Daily News | 11/13/2011
I generally don't care enough to take one side or the other in contract fights. I get it that Jackson is ticked off about making $600,000 this season. I'll concede that he has far "outperformed" his initial contract and deserves a hefty pay increase. But if his argument is that he deserves to be paid like an elite No.1 receiver, he's in a dream world. Jackson is a high-quality receiver but he is not in the "elite" category.

DeSean Jackson in danger of losing locker room | ProFootballTalk
Per a source with knowledge of the situation, some teammates have became frustrated with Jackson’s attitude, even before he missed a meeting and drew a deactivation from coach Andy Reid. According to the source, Jackson is perceived as moping and pouting and generally being more concerned about his contract than helping the team win games.

It is time for Andy Reid to go | Philadelphia Inquirer | 11/13/2011
With this, his Eagles' latest new low, the issue stops being whether Andy Reid should return for a 14th season as head coach. He should not. After blowing a fourth-quarter lead for the fifth time, after falling to 3-6 with a roster full of expensive stars, after letting John Flipping Skelton outplay Michael Vick - after all that, the issue has become whether Reid can give owner Jeff Lurie even the flimsiest pretense for defying reason and bringing him back for 2012.

The blown coverages, tackles and mistakes continue to mount for a supremely talented yet disorganized Eagles defense.

McCoy Re-Hires Rosenhaus Again
Once again, Drew Rosenhaus represents LeSean McCoy. The Eagles running back fired his agent for the second time this season in the first week of the month.

Why did Steve Smith fall down?
It had to look bizarre on television. It’s third-and-20. Steve Smith makes the catch, sees a defender coming … and falls after gaining 19 yards. "I thought I had it – just went down. I should have kept running," Smith said.
