Bell, the free-agent signee who just completed a sweltering week of OTAs, is a running back who won the Super Bowl with the New Orleans Saints a little less than 4 months ago. The Saints shocked the Colts on Feb. 7. Three weeks later, Bell became a restricted free agent, and on March 17 he signed an offer sheet with the Eagles that New Orleans ultimately declined to match.

Eagles-Texans game to air on WPHL | Philadelphia Daily News | 06/04/2010
The Eagles' game against the Houston Texans on Thursday, Dec. 2, will air locally on WPHL along with the NFL Network, Tribune Broadcasting announced yesterday. NFL policy dictates that games on ESPN and the NFL Network must be simulcast on free over-the-air TV in the markets of the two teams.
