The Eagles moved back 4 spots in the second round in a trade with the Dallas Cowboys. They picked up Dallas' 2nd rounder and one of their 4th round picks. The Eagles have now traded that pick to the Cleveland Browns.
Details to come, but you would assume that the Browns 7th pick in the 3rd round is involved.
[Update by JasonB, 04/23/10 8:09 PM EDT ] Browns trade their 3rd (#71 overall) and two 5ths (#134 and #146 overall) for Eagles #59.
The Eagles now have one 3rd, three 4ths, two 5ths, one 6th, and two 7th round picks.
