The Eagles don't play until this evening, but there's two games on the docket that could have potentially as much impact on the Eagles playoff scenarios as the Eagles game itself. First up is the Jets at the Bears. If the resurgent Jets can knock off the Bears like they did Pittsburgh last week, the Eagles have a legit shot at the #2 seed in the NFC and a first round bye.

At 4pm the Giants travel to Green Bay to take on the Packers. Should the Giants lose, the Eagles would clinch the NFC East title. Perhaps more importantly though, this game could very well determine the Eagles first round playoff opponent if they get the #3 seed. With the Saints all but locked into the #5 seed they're going to play the winner of the NFC West, which will be the #4 seed. That means that either the Packers or Giants will likely get the #6 seed and travel to Philadelphia or Chicago in the first round. If the Giants win, they'll pull two games ahead of Green Bay and remain at least one game up on Tampa Bay with one to play. If the Packers win, they'll pull even with the Giants but will hold the head to head tiebreaker over them.
