Bad news for the Eagles top pick in last year's draft, Brandon Graham is finished for the year with a torn ACL. It happened on a seemingly innocuous play last night against in which he was actually never touched. It looked like he really just took an awkward step. This means surgery and a long offseason of rehab to be ready for next year.
Andy Reid said Graham is upbeat.
"That’s a tough thing. He’s got a positive outlook on it. He just wants to get done what needs to get done and get the rehab going and get back. ACL, especially the first one, they are tough rehab. You don’t know what to expect. You have to put a lost of trust in the trainers and the doctor. ... He’s a tough kid. He will work through it and he’ll be back. He’s disappointed but upbeat."
Certainly not the way Graham was hoping his rookie season would end.
