Eagles Injury update: Shawn Andrews, Reggie Brown

Let's start with the good news. Reggie Brown looks like he'll be a go for the Steelers game this Sunday

Eagles wide receiver Reggie Brown couldn't get back on the field Monday but he almost certainly will be in the lineup against the Pittsburgh Steelers next week.
This may come as a surprise but Brown hasn't lost his starting job due to the strained hamstring that's sidelined him for more than a month.
Brown and rookie DeSean Jackson are the likely starters with Hank Baskett joining them in three-receiver sets.

The recieving corps has played well so far this year, but more help is always welcomed. Whatever you think about Reggie, he is an improvement from Baskett/Avant.

Pro bowl G Shawn Andrews underwent and MRI yesterday but results were not released. On his radio show last night, Andy Reid said Andrews was having back spasms. Sources say he seems to be improving.

A team source said Andrews was moving around better yesterday morning than he did after the game. One of the Eagles' greatest fears when Andrews did not report to training camp was the risk of injury once the season began.

One more thing... There's a lot of people talking about Desean Jackson's premature celebration and how that seems to be a trend with him. We've seen the highlights of his failed leap to the end zone in a high school all star game... Desean however, doesn't see how the two are related.

"In high school, I dove into the end zone," Jackson said. "That was a totally different thing."

The kid cracks me up. I love him.
