The Big Kid is Back

This morning on the Eagles Live! show on Dave Spadaro reported that Shawn Andrews has indeed returned to practiced for the first time today. Presumably Andrews will meet the media later this afternoon.

Andy Reid said after the preseason game against the Panthers that he hoped to see Andrews and the other starters on the O-line play in the 3rd preseason game against the Patriots

"You'd like that to happen," Reid said. "If it doesn't, I think we'll be OK since they have played together in years past. If I had my choice, I'd much rather have them do that."

Considering that the starters rarely play in the final preseason game, this next game will pretty much be the last chance for the offensive line to be together before the Eagles take on the Rams on September 7th to open the season.
