Bon Voyage Phreak

Jevon Kearse has put his house up for sale.
The defensive end, subject of rumors since he lost his starting job in November, has put his Moorestown house on the market, with an asking of $3.1 million.

The listing for the five-bedroom touts its two master suites, fireplaces, "gentleman's parlour" and fish pond. The 30-by-60-foot pool is wide, befitting the wingspan of the player known as The Freak.

Records show that Kearse, 31, a native Floridian, paid about $1.8 million for the house in 2004. He also owns a $4 million condo outside Miami and a $6 million spread up I-95 in Pompano Beach, Fla. His sports agent, Drew Rosenhaus, did not return a call. Neither did his real-estate agent, Melissa Young, who's also marketing the nearby crib of former Eagle Terrell Owens, on the market for $3.4 million.

The phreak may not be able to pressure QBs anymore, but the man knows how to party. I'd bet his house is pretty sweet. Now if only Google would buy me out for a few million...
