The Eagles made some changes and additions to their coaching staff on Monday, naming Sean McDermott as secondary coach, Bill Shuey as linebackers coach, Otis Smith as assistant secondary coach, and Mike Caldwell as defensive quality control coach.
Not a whole lot of surprises. There was some thought that Otis Smith might become the secondary coach, but McDermott has done it before(04-06) with success.
