This was broken over in the diaries first and several of us speculated this after we saw Bloom cut, but the Eagles have signed Safety/Returner JR Reed after he was cut from the Giants. He played 6 games in St Louis last year, was signed by the Giants this offseason and cut at the deadline. Whether he has anything left remains to be seen, but he has to be better than the Greg Lewis/Correll Buckhalter combo...
They also signed middle linebacker Pago Togafau who stands at 5-10 250 pounds. He's an undrafted rookie free agent who cut by the Cardinals.
