Fun fact for you... The Eagles have won five of the past six regular-season meetings and lead the all-time series, 6-3.

Prediction: Eagles 17, Patriots 37 - Even at full strength, beating the Pats on the road would be a tough task. Without McNabb, and maybe even worse without Mikell in the secondary it doesn't have the makings of a real pretty game tonight. On offense without McNabb expect the Eagles to play a more ball control game where they rely on Brian Westbrook and the run to try and work the clock. Frankly, this may also be the defense as well... keeping Brady and co off the field. I think Westbrook will make some plays and the offense will probably end up scoring a late TD to at least cover the now 24 point spread.

On defense, I don't expect the Eagles to do too much different in coverage. It's more likely that Jim Johnson is going to try to bring pressure on Brady any way he can and hope for the best. Against an offense this good, you might as well stick to what you know.

Use this thread for your thoughts on the game as well as any reactions you might have to a full day of NFL football that saw the Redskins lose on the road to Tampa and the Giants get blown out by the Vikings at home. The NFC East and the the wildcard race does appear to be tightening up...
