Corey must have eaten all the BBQ in Tennesse
The sad & bizarre tale that is Corey Simon's career is mercifully coming to an end.

The Tennessean is reporting that Corey is ready to give it up.

After eight NFL seasons, Titans defensive tackle Corey Simon is ready to call it a career.

Simon informed the Titans on Wednesday he plans to retire from the NFL, according to sources familiar with the situation. He is expected to make an official announcement today.

The guy stopped caring about football probably 3 or 4 years ago, but has managed to make a ton of money over that time anyway. It's really too bad, in his first few years with the Eagles he really looked like he was on his way to being one of the elite DTs in the game. It ended up costing the Titans a few hundred thousand to learn what the Eagles or Colts could have told them. Corey has been done for quite a while.
