Our offense is designed around the threat of big plays and blowing the top off of the safety coverage, allowing Maclin, Avant, and Celek to shred up the underneath coverage.
If we were to lose Desean Jackson, one guy we might want to take a look at is T.Y. Hilton of FIU. He fits a very similar mold, incredibly fast, and has a strong work ethic that would fit in with the Eagles culture.
The one knock on him is that he gets injured often. The good news is that they're usually self-inflicted (hamstring injury), and not from his inability to take a hit.
He's got really good hands and as an added bonus, he's an excellent kick returner.
If he's available in the 4th-5th, I would scoop him up quick.
